Why Do We Need to Reform Higher Education Management in Palestine?

This study aims at evaluating the current status quo of higher education in Palestine. It anticipates challenges facing sector terms management and administration. qualitative was conducted by interviewing 17 those working senior leadership positions institutions. The finds an urgent need for reform. a vast number institutions’ administration where majority Palestinian universities suffer from identity crisis. recommends to formulate reform model based on anticipated challenges.
